  • Consultation of the descriptions of all accommodation,

  • Selection by multicriteria,

  • You can reserve accommodation listed on the booking service directly and pay on line with your bank card. Your contract will be automatically sent to your home address.

  • The outstanding balance  must be paid one month before your arrival.

Conditions of payment, booking fees, settlement dates

 

  • Different means of payment are accepted : cheques, bank cards, holiday vouchers, bank transfers, cash.

 

  • You will always receive a rental contract with descriptive details of the gite you have chosen, which indicates the price of the stay, the booking fees [15 € for a gite / 3€ for 1 or 2 night stays in a Chambre d’hotes, 5 € for 3 or 4 night stays, 10€  for 5 or 6 night stays & 15€ for > 6 nights]. A cancellation insurance offered by our insurance company is also included the amount of which is 3 % of  the rental for a minimum of 11€ for a gite rural.

 

  • Your booking will take effect if the Booking Service receives, before the date stipulated on the contract, a signed copy of the contract accompanied by a down payment of 25 % of the total amount due.

 

  •  The balance should be paid 30 days before the date of arrival.

 

 

 
Booking directly with the gite owner

 

  • You can book directly with the gite owner when they manage directly their own schedule of availabilities.

  • Contact the owner using the number indicated on the gite presentation sheet

  • Insist on receiving a Gites de France rental contract and gite presentation sheet
