Detached gîte in a 1960s house with enclosed 600m² garden located on the heights of Caudebec-en-Caux, in a very quiet residential area (detached houses and buildings).
You benefit from a view of the Seine from the living room of the gîte and the balcony and from the immediate proximity of the forest for hikers.
Halfway between Rouen and Le Havre, Caudebec-en-Caux is located on the banks of the Seine at the foot of the Brotonne bridge. The town, which is a former fishing village with charming streets, is part of the Regional Natural Park of Loops of the Normandy Seine. The quays on the banks of the Seine offer one of the most pleasant walks in the heart of the city, rightly nicknamed "the Pearl of the Val de Seine". Shops and restaurants nearby.
